Anyone who has visited the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast known the small eat out bistros on the beach in Burgas, Varna, Kiten... Everywhere. The local folks called them Capanni.
It turns out that in Greece, which is supposedly in economic crisis, there is something similar. Capanna in Athens seems just like our Bulgarian pubs. Well, only by the wooden furniture, of course.
Theunique interior design of this Italian restaurant is due to the k-studio. If you want to hide from the eyes of people - for a private party or celebration, wooden shutters typical of the Mediterranean. provide an ideal hiding place.
And in the warm sunny days, the windows of the pizzeria dissapear and the restaurant merges with the street pavement. Each walker is a welcome guests.
Terracotta, wood, tiles with traditional geometric patterns of past era are part of the interior of the pizzeria. Dimmed lights and cozy atmosphere make any guest to feel like in a cool courtyard of an old Italian house.
Capanna is an excellent pizzeria, trattoria, which is located on the corner of two streets. Tradition meets modern influence of Scandinavian furniture. And as anyone sitting on the corner, this pizzeria seemes to be wanted from two men. Greece and Italy argue about it. Both won and bring together the spirit of Mediterranean cuisine - tasty and healthy food prepared with love.
We record this great pizza place as required, to visit the next time we visit Greece.
